The Meghsagar Foundation Team has arranged an Awareness Program at Vr mall about the Segregation of Dry/Wet waste, team is working on continuing to make people aware of separate waste (Dry/wet waste).
The segregation awareness program was held at VR Mall and explained to the people that wet waste means that waste which is created by God or naturally what we are getting from Kitchen waste. Wet waste such as vegetables, fruit peels, cooked or leftover food, and grass.
Dry waste means by us humans in the factory. All the waste of the things that are made like plastic, paper, cloth, thermocol, cardboard, etc. in the blue dustbin of dry waste only
And hazardous waste means such waste which is harmful to you and us as well, which can cause infection or injury.
Hazardous waste such as razors, blades, sanitary pads, adult diapers, and used tampons.
We are asking people to take a few minutes to separate waste that is coming from their own house ( Kitchen Waste) and Separate broken glassware.
Surat Municipal Corporation is supporting us to an aware people to make swachh surat or clean surat.
We hope that you will also cooperate in making India number one in Cleanest Country (Swachh Survekshan) in 2023 !!
